Scuba Diving Baptism in Menorca

Menorca is an island that thanks to the presence of posidonia has a spectacular visibility inside the water. For this reason Menorca is a very good place to do a diving baptism in a calm and quiet environment.

Whether you have previous experience at sea or are a total novice, diving baptism is an activity you’ll probably like. Unless you’re claustrophobic or you’re overwhelmed with being underwater, a scuba diving baptism is something I recommend trying to almost everyone.

I personally took the PADI diving course in Menorca and loved it, especially because the clarity of the water is very high and gives you a lot of visibility and tranquility.

Cavallería Beach

Cavalleria Beach is located in the north of Menorca. It is far from the developments and is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. In summer it gets very busy, but you can always park relatively close and for free. It has over 500 meters in length and a width that despite progressively being reduced by the erosion, remains more than sufficient to lay the towel and enjoy.

Cala en Forcat

Cala en Forcat is a tiny beach located in the urbanization of Los Delfines, an urbanization very prepared for local and foreign tourists about 7 km from Ciutadella.

Its proximity to the Farragut hotel (can be reached on a 2-minute walk) makes it almost always quite frequented in high season. If you are looking for a seafront hotel with access to a small cove, it is possible that with the Farragut and this cove you have found what you were looking for.
