One of the problems of this stage is that Cala Pilar is only well connected by car. Therefore you will need somebody to bring you at Cala Pilar and pick you up at Algaiarens. Otherwise you would have to make the way back and forth the same day (and spend 6 hours if you go walking). This stage of cam\u00ed de Cavalls begins on the spectacular <a href=\"https:\/\/www.menorcadiferente.com\/en\/cala-pilar\/\">beach of Cala Pilar,<\/a>an area <strong>very exposed to the wind of Tramontana.<\/strong> Along the way you will pass through some picnic areas equipped with tables where you can stop to eat and rest. If you do it in summer, <strong>you will also find shady areas where you can hide from the sun.<\/strong> <strong>Passing through the area of Macar d&#8217;Alfurinet<\/strong>, you will leave on your right sa Muntanya Mala, an area of cliffs about 200m high from where you can see much of the north coast of Menorca.  <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tour_Facts\"><\/span>Tour Cam\u00ed de Cavalls is not characterized by large landscapes or panoramic views.<\/strong> Unless you deviate from the Cam\u00ed de Cavalls route to go to Sa Muntanya Mala, or to go to the <strong>Bassa Verda<\/strong>, most of the road passes through fields and areas surrounded by forest.  <strong>During the spring the route is especially beautiful because of the green color of the
