The beach is 35 meters long and 45 meters wide and has plenty of space for towels. <strong>The most recognizable thing about this cove is the impressive terrace of the Hotel Xuroy,<\/strong>which is located practically on the sea. This beach is usually frequented by families with children for several reasons:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Its ease of access,<\/strong>with a parking a few meters away from the sand.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The services it has:<\/strong>Bar and restaurant<\/li>\n<li><strong>How shallow the beach is<\/strong> in its first few meters<\/li>\n<li><strong>The little swell The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/menorca.tib.org\/es\/autobus\/linia\/91\">bus line 91<\/a><\/strong> allows to reach Cala Alcaufar from:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ma\u00f2<\/li>\n<li>Sant Llu\u00eds<\/li>\n<li>S&#8217;Algar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Getting_there_walking_the_Cami_de_Cavalls_trail\"><\/span>Getting there walking the Cam\u00ed de Cavalls trail<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p> <strong>Alcaufar<\/strong> beach <strong>is in the middle of the Cam\u00ed de Cavalls<\/strong>.<br \/>\nThis means that you can walk along this beach if you follow the famous path.<br \/>\nThe two nearest access points to the Cam\u00ed de Cavalls are:    <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cala Sant Esteve<\/li>\n<li>Punta Prima<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Parking\"><\/span>Parking<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>  Although the beach is accessible by road, <strong>it is not always easy to find a place to leave your car<\/strong>.<br \/>\nIn summer you will have to look for a parking space in the streets around the beach.<br \/>\n<strong>If you go to eat at the Hotel Xuroy you can use the exclusive parking for customers<\/strong> and you will only have to cross the hotel inside to get to the edge of the beach.    <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Once_There%E2%80%A6\"><\/span>Once There&#8230;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>  The beach of Alcaufar is familiar and has a calm and relaxed atmosphere.<br \/>\nBeing a beach in an urban area it does not have the spectacular landscapes of the virgin beaches of Menorca.<br \/>\nThe two most common plans in this area are <strong>hiking and <\/strong><b>gastronomy<\/b>.    <\/p>\n<h3><span and seafood, tapas and meats.<br \/>\nThe product they offer is very good and the treatment of the staff is also excellent.<br \/>\nTo eat in this restaurant you cannot reserve, so it is best to arrive before 2.15pm, which is when it is usually full.    <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Of<a href=\"https:\/\/www.menorcadiferente.com\/en\/the-9-best-beach-bars\/\"> all the beach bars of Menorca<\/a> this is probably my favorite for <strong>the quality of the food andhow quiet the area is<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Walk_the_Cami_de_Cavalls_to_Calo_Roig\"><\/span>Walk walking <strong>, I recommend you to walk the 250 meters that separate Alcaufar from the tiny and hidden Cal\u00f3 Roig.<\/strong><br \/>\nThere you can see the defense tower of Alcaufar and perhaps
