class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Route\"><\/span>The Route<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>The route between Cala Morell and Punta Nati is another of my favorites of the north coast<\/strong>.<br \/>\nHaving the origin in Cala Morell you can always make a visit to the magnificent <a title=\"Necropolis of Cala Morell\" href=\"https:\/\/www.menorcadiferente.com\/en\/necropolis-of-cala-morell\/\">Necropolis of Cala Morell<\/a> before starting the path of about 7km.<br \/>\nThis route of the Cam\u00ed de Cavalls passes through terrain very punished by the Tramontana wind, the rocky landscape with hardly any tall vegetation is a constant. <strong>On sunny summer days and without shade options this route can become a quite hard but rewarding experience<\/strong>. <strong>It is essential to carry water and avoid sunny days<\/strong> with high temperatures to avoid dehydration.<br \/>\nThere are no water sources or buildings along the entire route.     <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>In general, it is an excursion through a totally deserted area.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" 30min<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To return to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.menorcadiferente.com\/en\/cala-morell\/\">Cala Morell<\/a> by bus<\/strong>, from March to the end of September you can take <a title=\"https:\/\/www.bus.e-torres.net\/es\/lineas-regulares\/linea-62\/\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bus.e-torres.net\/es\/lineas-regulares\/linea-62\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bus line 62.<\/a><br \/>\nNote that from Punta Nati to the bus stop of the bus line 62 you will have to walk about 30 minutes at a brisk pace, you can hitchhike if you come back from watching the sunset and very close to the coast and real scree<\/strong>.<br \/>\nThe landscape is quite flat and monotonous so it can get boring if you are looking for forests and nooks and crannies.<br \/>\nJust when you start the excursion from Cala Morell you can see the <strong>Cross of General Chanzy<\/strong>, a funerary monument in memory of the nearly 200 victims of a shipwreck that occurred in this area of the coast in 1910.<br \/>\nAs a result of that shipwreck, the <a title=\"Punta Nati Lighthouse\" href=\"https:\/\/www.menorcadiferente.com\/en\/lighthouse-point-nati\/\">Punta Nati Lighthouse<\/a> was built (1912).<br \/>\nWhen you arrive at the <a title=\"Punta Nati Lighthouse\" href=\"https:\/\/www.menorcadiferente.com\/en\/lighthouse-point-nati\/\">Punta Nati Lighthouse<\/a> you can not miss a visit to its cliffs, if you arrive at sunset the least you can do is stay to see one of <a title=\"The 5 best sunsets of Menorca\" href=\"https:\/\/www.menorcadiferente.com\/en\/the-5-best-best-sun-lounges-in-menorca\/\">the most spectacular sunsets in Menorca<\/a>.      <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\"
