farm is made up of the Lluriach Nou and Binissarrayet estates.<br \/>\nThe<strong>cattle of this farm graze freely and in meadows delimited by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.menorcadiferente.com\/en\/paret-seca-walls\/\">dry stone walls<\/a><\/strong>.<br \/>\nThe former owners of Lluriach received the Barony of Lluriach from King Charles II in <strong>spicy<\/strong> <strong>sobrasada<\/strong> and <strong>spicy sobrasada<\/strong> <strong>artesana<\/strong>, and you can order a whole one or a vacuum-packed portion.<br \/>\nYou can also buy sausages such as:    <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> <strong> Cuixot<\/strong>: It is a typical Menorcan sausage made with pork offal, cooked, chopped and mixed with spices and fennel.<br \/>\nThe fennel gives it a different smell and flavor from the rest of the sausages. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Carn i Xulla<\/strong>: It is a cured sausage made with pork.<br \/>\nIn Menorca it is also known as
