<strong>minimum recommendations<\/strong>.<br \/>\nEveryone should be aware of the amount of water they may need depending on the climate. <\/li>\n<li><strong>I do not recommend anyone to sleep on the beach<\/strong> (although I have done it), since it is not allowed in Menorca and you have to carry more weight in your backpack if you want to do it.<\/li>\n<li>It is important to <strong>avoid <a title=\"Climate of Menorca\" href=\"https:\/\/www.menorcadiferente.com\/en\/weather-in-menorca\/\">summer<\/a> weather when doing this route<\/strong>, since with the temperatures of July and August, this route increases its difficulty due to the dehydration suffered (more than 30 degrees) and with many stretches without shade.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Day_1_%E2%80%93_Mao_%3E_Cala_Tirant_43Km_10h\"><\/span>Day 1 &#8211;
