40\u20ac : Smoix sur la rue Ronda Balears (ils ont chang\u00e9 de locaux en 2024).<br \/>\nSmoix a quitt\u00e9 le centre de Ciutadella pour s&rsquo;installer dans le magnifique h\u00f4tel rural Sant Ignasi.<br \/>\nLe personnel est toujours excellent et la qualit\u00e9 des plats est excellente.<br \/>\nEn 2016, ils ont d\u00e9m\u00e9nag\u00e9 dans un nouvel emplacement \u00e0 Ciutadella et en 2018, ils ont rouvert la terrasse.<br \/>\nEn 2024, ils ont \u00e0 nouveau chang\u00e9 d&#8217;emplacement. <strong>Mon restaurant pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9<\/strong> <strong>sans aucun doute<\/strong>, o\u00f9 il est difficile de choisir un plat qui ne soit pas surprenant et d\u00e9licieux.    <\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.awin1.com\/cread.php?awinmid=11081&amp;awinaffid=764853&amp;clickref=restaurantes-ciutadella&amp;ued=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.eltenedor.es%2Frestaurante%2Fcafe-balear-r445433\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Caf\u00e9 des Bal\u00e9ares<\/strong><\/a> (10\/10) &#8211; 40\u20ac : Avec le Bar Trit\u00f3n, les deux classiques du port.<strong> La qualit\u00e9 du produit est tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9e et c&rsquo;est pour cela qu&rsquo;il a un prix.<\/strong><br \/>\nLes r\u00e9servations ne sont pas autoris\u00e9es sur la terrasse.<br \/>\nEn ao\u00fbt, si vous arrivez apr\u00e8s 21 heures, vous risquez d&rsquo;attendre une heure.<br \/>\nLes serveurs se d\u00e9placent avec des plateaux \u00e0 la main et assez rapidement le long de la promenade.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur est plus formel que la terrasse, la nappe est en fil et vous pouvez voir plus de poissons et de fruits de mer.    <\/li>\n<li><strong>Es Tast de Na Silvia (<\/strong> 9.5\/10) &#8211; 35\u20ac : <b>Slow food et<\/b> cuisine du <b>Km 0.<\/b> Avec une attention particuli\u00e8re au produit et au service.<br \/>\nService super personnalis\u00e9 et amical.<br \/>\nLe menu du midi en vaut la peine.<br \/>\nF\u00e9licitations \u00e0 la chef Silvia !   <\/li>\n<li><strong>Pinzell<\/strong>: (9\/10) &#8211; 40\u20ac : Situ\u00e9 sur la jolie Pla\u00e7a dels Pins, vous pouvez y manger des tapas de qualit\u00e9, des plats de riz, du poisson et de la viande.<br \/>\nJe n&rsquo;ai pas encore essay\u00e9 leurs desserts, mais la nourriture est d\u00e9licieuse. <\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.awin1.com\/cread.php?awinmid=11081&amp;awinaffid=764853&amp;clickref=restaurantes-ciutadella&amp;ued=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.eltenedor.es%2Frestaurante%2Fs-amarador-r61719\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\"><strong>S&rsquo;Amarador<\/strong><\/a> (9\/10) &#8211; 45\u20ac : Arriv\u00e9 dans le port de Ciutadella il y a quelques ann\u00e9es. <strong>Pour les occasions tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9ciales<\/strong>, \u00e0 moins que vous ne soyez quelqu&rsquo;un de tr\u00e8s important et que vous ayez besoin d&rsquo;\u00eatre vu dans ce genre d&rsquo;endroit.<br \/>\nSi vous n&rsquo;y allez qu&rsquo;une fois, demandez la terrasse sup\u00e9rieure avec vue ; 35\u20ac : Un autre h\u00f4tel rural o\u00f9 vous pouvez d\u00eener avec une touche diff\u00e9rente.<br \/>\nPas de bruit, pas d&rsquo;enfants, pas de complications. <strong>Uniquement pour ceux qui recherchent un maximum de d\u00e9tente et une nourriture de qualit\u00e9<\/strong>.<br \/>\nSi vous buvez, ne conduisez pas, la route du retour est criminelle.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Hostal Sa Premsa <\/strong>(8\/10) &#8211; 25\u20ac : Au bout du Paseo Nicol\u00e1s.<br \/>\nD\u00e9jeuner de midi sur la terrasse ou <strong>d\u00eener sans pr\u00e9tention<\/strong>.<br \/>\nIl donne sur le nouveau port de Ciutadella et est un peu \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cart du centre et de l&rsquo;agitation.<br \/>\nPour des tapas, c&rsquo;est un tr\u00e8s bon rapport qualit\u00e9-prix.<br \/>\nIl est \u00e9galement facile de se garer \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 du restaurant.<br \/>\nSi le vent souffle du sud, pr\u00e9parez-vous et enveloppez-vous chaudement.     <\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.menorcadiferente.com\/fr\/experiencias-gastronomicas-en-cuk-cuk\/\"><strong>Exp\u00e9riences gastronomiques Cuk-Cuk<\/strong><\/a>: (8\/10) &#8211; 9 a 36\u20ac : Dans la <strong>vieille ville de Ciutadella<\/strong>, un endroit accueillant o\u00f9 <strong>Elena et Alex vous apprennent \u00e0 cuisiner des plats typiques de Minorque et vous pouvez ensuite les d\u00e9guster sur la terrasse de leur<\/strong> jardin.<br \/>\nRago\u00fbt de langouste, Paellas ou Fideu\u00e1, vous choisissez le plat, vous le cuisinez et vous le mangez.<br \/>\nVivement recommand\u00e9 !<br \/>\nR\u00e9servez toujours \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance, car il n&rsquo;y a de la place que pour 12 personnes et en \u00e9t\u00e9, c&rsquo;est toujours plein.   <\/li>\n<li><strong>Hogar del Pollo<\/strong>: (8\/10) &#8211; 20\u20ac : Pr\u00e8s de Cas Marino, le classique Hogar del Pollo. <strong>Oubliez le glamour et commandez un lac\u00f3n con grelos et vous en redemanderez<\/strong>.<br \/>\nD\u00eenez \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur si vous le pouvez en \u00e9t\u00e9 et vous pourrez profiter de la vue de tout le monde qui se prom\u00e8ne. <\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.awin1.com\/cread.php?awinmid=11081&amp;awinaffid=764853&amp;clickref=restaurantes-ciutadella&amp;ued=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.eltenedor.es%2Frestaurante%2Fpizzeria-roma-r480843\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Pizzeria Roma<\/strong><\/a> (8\/10) &#8211; 25\u20ac : Tr\u00e8s proche de Es Born. <strong>Plus que des pizzas, de bonnes p\u00e2tes<\/strong>.<br \/>\nDes m\u00eames propri\u00e9taires que le Balear, ce qui est un fait \u00e0 prendre en compte.<br \/>\nDommage qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y ait plus de tables dans la rue.  <\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Grill Es Caliu\" href=\"https:\/\/www.awin1.com\/cread.php?awinmid=11081&amp;awinaffid=764853&amp;clickref=restaurantes-ciutadella&amp;ued=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.eltenedor.es%2Frestaurante%2Fgrill-es-caliu-r24814\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Grill Es Caliu<\/strong><\/a> (8\/10) &#8211; 30\u20ac : \u00e0 4 km de Ciutadella avant d&rsquo;arriver \u00e0 Cala Blanca.<br \/>\nViandes grill\u00e9es ; un seul plat<strong>(un steak au poivre si vous \u00eates carnivore<\/strong>) suffit si vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas glouton. <\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Triton Bar\" href=\"https:\/\/www.menorcadiferente.com\/fr\/bar-triton\/\"><strong>Triton Bar <\/strong><\/a>(8\/10) &#8211; 30\u20ac : <strong>Le traditionnel avec les Bal\u00e9ares dans le port de Ciutadella<\/strong>. <strong>A ne pas manquer si vous le pouvez<\/strong>.<br \/>\nSi vous avez de la chance et que vous pouvez y aller en janvier, le poulpe est spectaculaire.<br \/>\nPas de r\u00e9servation, vous devez faire la queue pour un lot si vous voulez d\u00eener \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur et profiter de la vue sur le port.<br \/>\nLes meilleurs pilotes con tomate (boulettes de viande) que j&rsquo;aie jamais go\u00fbt\u00e9s. Vous verrez des gens faire la queue \u00e0 5 heures du matin pour acheter un \u00ab\u00a0sandwich aux pilotes\u00a0\u00bb.<br \/>\nIls ne ferment presque jamais.    <\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Cas Marino\" href=\"https:\/\/www.menorcadiferente.com\/fr\/restaurant-curniola-35\/\"><strong>Curniola 35<\/strong><\/a> (8\/10) &#8211; 30\u20ac : Au centre de Ciutadella. <strong>Petit restaurant accueillant dans une maison datant de 1845<\/strong>.<br \/>\nOn y sert des tapas et des plats minorquins et m\u00e9diterran\u00e9ens tr\u00e8s \u00e9labor\u00e9s.<br \/>\nTr\u00e8s bons desserts maison.<br \/>\nLa terrasse est agr\u00e9able mais tr\u00e8s petite, si vous vous sentez \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9troit pr\u00e8s des autres tables, il vaut mieux rentrer \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur.   <\/li>\n<li><strong>Ses Voltes <\/strong>(8\/10) &#8211; 25\u20ac : L\u00e0 o\u00f9 le nom l&rsquo;indique (\u00e0 Ses Voltes). <strong>Pour des tapas ou de la restauration rapide pendant que vous regardez un match de foot dans le salon<\/strong> apr\u00e8s une balade \u00e0 v\u00e9lo.<br \/>\nPour le d\u00eener, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re la terrasse du premier \u00e9tage, tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able, et o\u00f9 la carte est diff\u00e9rente. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Restaurants retir\u00e9s du classement<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Restaurant Rels <\/strong>(ferm\u00e9 en 2023) (9\/10) &#8211; 35\u20ac : Restaurant ouvert en 2016 \u00e0 l&#8217;emplacement de l&rsquo;ancien Smoix.<br \/>\nMenu en semaine 18\u20ac et le week-end 28\u20ac.<br \/>\nIls ne cuisinent qu&rsquo;avec des aliments naturels et tout est fait par eux, <strong>vraiment spectaculaire, <\/strong>plus un plat qu&rsquo;un endroit de tapas.  <\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.awin1.com\/cread.php?awinmid=11081&amp;awinaffid=764853&amp;clickref=restaurantes-ciutadella&amp;ued=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.eltenedor.es%2Frestaurante%2Fmandimandi-r284131\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\"><strong>MandiMandi<\/strong><\/a> (ferm\u00e9 en 2020) (7,5\/10) &#8211; 15\u20ac : Ce <strong>restaurant italien accueillant<\/strong> a quitt\u00e9 Barcelone pour s&rsquo;installer \u00e0 Ciutadella.<br \/>\nLes meilleures choses \u00e0 propos de ce nouveau venu de 2015 sont les <strong>vues sur le port de Ciutadella et le mur de la ville<\/strong>, et ses plats typiques de la petite r\u00e9gion italienne du Frioul.<br \/>\nLe menu du midi \u00e0 10 \u20ac est vraiment bon.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>La Payesa<\/strong>: Un autre restaurant classique dans le port de Ciutadella. <strong>Le meilleur est le service, laissez-vous conseiller<\/strong>, mais ne commandez rien de sophistiqu\u00e9 ; avec le riz et le bouillon, vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 assez \u00e0 manger.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ses Truqueries (ferm\u00e9)<\/strong>: pour moi le meilleur restaurant pour sa situation et ses d\u00eeners sur la terrasse ext\u00e9rieure, dommage qu&rsquo;il ait ferm\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cas Marino (ferm\u00e9)<\/strong>: Pr\u00e8s du march\u00e9.<br \/>\nPetit (minuscule) et agr\u00e9able endroit, o\u00f9 il est tr\u00e8s difficile de r\u00e9server.<br \/>\nLe meilleur poulpe galicien, les moules, l&rsquo;omelette, les petits calmars.<br \/>\nSimple mais tr\u00e8s bon, comme il se doit.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;Estrella ?<br \/>\nGalicienne, bien s\u00fbr.<br \/>\nAvant 2013, il occupait la premi\u00e8re place, mais j&rsquo;ai re\u00e7u des plaintes concernant le service et sa lenteur excessive.      <\/li>\n<li><strong>Pizzeria Oristano (ferm\u00e9e)<\/strong>: Pr\u00e8s de la tour Artrutx et <strong>\u00e0 3 minutes \u00e0 pied des bars d&rsquo;Es Pla.<\/strong><br \/>\nSi vous voulez aller plus vite, demandez au motard de vous ramener sans probl\u00e8me.<br \/>\nId\u00e9al pour les jeunes et les groupes d&rsquo;amis, les pizzas et les f\u00eates.<br \/>\nEn 2015, ils ont eu un probl\u00e8me sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux et \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure actuelle, il n&rsquo;est pas clair qu&rsquo;ils ouvriront en 2016.   <\/li>\n<li><strong>Rac\u00f3 des Palau (\u00e0 mettre \u00e0 jour)<\/strong>: (7\/10) -15\u20ac : <strong>De bonnes pizzas<\/strong> pr\u00e8s de la cath\u00e9drale de Ciutadella.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La Cayena <\/strong>(temporairement ferm\u00e9e) : (7.5\/10) &#8211; 25\u20ac : Entre la Contramurada et le march\u00e9 de la Ciutadella.<br \/>\nL\u00e9gumes, woks et autres pour les personnes souffrant de cholest\u00e9rol.<br \/>\nC&rsquo;est un endroit plus typique d&rsquo;une ville que d&rsquo;un \u00ab\u00a0village\u00a0\u00bb comme Ciutadella.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Cas Ferrer (ferm\u00e9) (<\/strong> 8\/10) &#8211; 30\u20ac : D\u00eene tr\u00e8s bien si vous \u00eates patient.<br \/>\nSur le chemin de Cala Blanca, vous pouvez acheter des l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 la famille du propri\u00e9taire. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Cab\u00f2ria (ferm\u00e9)<\/strong> (10\/10) &#8211; 40\u20ac : Le restaurant Cab\u00f2ria a ouvert ses portes en 2021 et propose une cuisine signature \u00e0 base de produits locaux.<br \/>\nLe service est excellent et le cadre, \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;une vieille maison dans la vieille ville, est tr\u00e8s joli. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Nopales (ferm\u00e9) (<\/strong> 8\/10) &#8211; 20\u20ac : Ouvert en 2019 (ferm\u00e9 en 2023) par les m\u00eames propri\u00e9taires que Smoix.<br \/>\nIl s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un tr\u00e8s bon restaurant de cuisine mexicaine \u00e0 prix raisonnable.<br \/>\nTr\u00e8s bonne option pour un repas rapide.<br \/>\nEssayez leurs micheladas !<br \/>\n(En 2020, ils n&rsquo;acceptent toujours pas les cartes de cr\u00e9dit)    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>  Si vous souhaitez appeler, vous trouverez
