The most frequently asked questions I receive through the website and Instagram are about accommodations. Whether it’s to choose the best area or to choose the type of accommodation, it’s normal to have a lot of doubts when booking for vacations, especially if it’s for special occasions.

I’m happy to be able to offer this accommodation on the website because I truly believe it’s a unique house. It is a house for 12 people in a privileged location in front of the sea, with a terrace and garden and only 5 minutes from Ciutadella.

Characteristics of the House

Vistes Voramar – Living dining room with sea views

3 Suites with Private Bathroom and Ocean Views: 3 rooms for 2 people, with private bathroom and direct views of the garden and the ocean.
1 Room with bunk beds for 4: The room with 4 beds in bunk beds.
1 Double room with shared bathroom: The double room shares a bathroom with the bunk room.
1 Service room with bathroom: Next to the kitchen there is a single room with private bathroom.
Porch: Large covered terrace of more than 40m2 with sea views.
Garden of more than 2,000 m2 with sea views.
Private Access to the Sea: You can get up every morning and walk down a staircase that leads to the sea.
Possibility of volleyball court: There is an area in the garden where a volleyball court can be set up (+100€/rental).
House renovated in 2020
Starry sky at night if there is good visibility. If you like night photography it is interesting and you are 5 minutes from Pont d’en Gil

Sunset over the Sea

One of the most spectacular features is the possibility of enjoying a sunset over the sea from the garden of the house.

Although the sun does not always set over the sea, the light at sunset is spectacular at any time of the year.

From September 21st the sunset is over the sea, overlooking Mallorca.
