- Unlimited depth: in 10 minutes on a boat you can be at a depth of 100m, so experienced freedivers can do all kinds of training.

Valeria has been freediving all her life and has been an instructor for 4 years.
Adam has more than 10 years of experience as a freediving instructor. Both have worked all over the world in various apnea centers.

Apnea Courses
Level 0 – Apnea Baptism – 100€.

The freediving baptism is suitable for everyone, you only need to know how to swim.
If you have no previous freediving experience, or if you have never done freediving courses, this course is the right one for you.
You will learn the basics of freediving theory and practice and you will be able to test what you have learned in a practice session at sea.
Level 1 – Beginner – 330
- Duration: 2 or 3 days
- Prerequisites: swimming ability
- Maximum depth: 20 meters
- Price: 330 / person

The freediving course Level 1 (Beginners) is suitable for everyone who wants to learn how to freedive safely and independently (on your own, but always with a buddy). If you have no previous freediving experience, but you want to learn the basics to be autonomous and be able to freedive anywhere in the world, this course is the right one for you.
You will learn the theory and practice of freediving and you will be able to relax underwater and descend to depths of up to 20 meters under the sea.
After the course, you will be able to freedive autonomously anywhere in the world 🙂
Level 2 – Advanced – 385€.

The Level 2 (Advanced) freediving course is for freedivers who have already passed the Level 1 freediving course.
If you want to improve your freediving skills, learn freefall technique and maximize your relaxation underwater.
If you have already done the Level 1 course and you have realized how fun and addictive freediving is, and you want to improve your technique even more, this course is the right one for you.
You will perfect your technique, increase your ability to relax underwater and free fall.
Level 3 – Master – 450

- Maximum depth: 38 meters

The Level 3 (Expert) freediving course is for advanced freedivers who have passed the Level 2 freediving course.
If you want to take your technique to the highest level, learn deep compensation techniques and know the freediving training guidelines, this course is the right one for you.
You will take your freediving technique to the highest level and you will be able to descend to depths of up to 38m under the sea.
Half Day Fun Dives – 35 to 50€.
The Fun Dives are personalized for each level and preferences, so you can ask and Adam and Valeria will recommend you the best excursion for your level and preferences.
- Duration of Fun Dive: Half day (4h approx)

- Price for groups of 4 or more: 35€/person.
- Pack Fun Dive + Apnea Dive: 125€/person – 1 full day
Apnea Camps – 1200€.
Freedive Menorca also offers intensive freediving camps.
The freediving camps are intensive 7 day camps where you have full board accommodation and a dedicated freediving instructor for the whole day.
The camps are divided into 2 blocks each day:
- Morning workouts: Depth sessions and rope workouts, adapted to the level of each person.
- Fun Dives in the afternoon: Excursions to explore beautiful corners of Menorca and practice everything you have learned.
The freediving camps include accommodation in the beautiful rural house of Binissaida de Devant.
