Menorca is a touristic destination with lots of hotels. In the months of June, July, August and September, the number of hotels open on the island exceeds 100 establishments. This number of hotels allows to accommodate approximately between 22,000 and 28,000 tourists. Given that Menorca has a population of around 90,000 inhabitants, the different hotels on the island can accommodate almost 30% of the residents.

When is it best to book?

With so much on offer, it is difficult not to find a hotel that suits your tastes and preferences. The only danger is to run out of hotel, since in the summer vacation season, the hotels in Menorca fill up well in advance (up to 6 months before in some cases).

• If you want to visit Menorca and stay in a good hotel, I recommend you to look for a hotel in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
• In the worst case, if you do not find cheap hotels or no longer have available places in your destination, apartment rental is always a good alternative.

3. Hotel Tres SantsSmall hotel embedded in the center of Ciutadella. Ideal to enjoy Ciutadella every night, its port, its restaurants…
4. Insotel Punta Prima ResortThis hotel is simply spectacular, ideal for families and couples. The price is very high but when you see it you will understand the reason.
5. Hotel S’algarFirst line of beach in an urban environment and close to Maó.
6. Binigaus Vell: Rural environment with the possibility of horseback riding and near the Cova des Coloms and the spectacular Cala Escorxada.
7. Sant Joan de BinissaidaThe only rural hotel in Menorca that appears among the ruralka options.
