Cala Galdana is the tourist beach par excellence of the south coast of Menorca.
In spite of that, it is a spectacular beach that shares with all the beaches of the south the white sand and the transparent waters.
The length of the beach is more than 300 meters, and as you can see in the pictures, it is a beach with a huge bathing area.
Cala Presili (also known as Capifort), is the first of the beaches reached from the Favàritx lighthouse through the Camí de Cavalls.
It does not resemble other coves in the north of Menorca, as its sand is white and fine and does not have the characteristic red colors of Cavalleria or Pregonda.
The beach is usually frequented by nudists and is located within the limits of the Albufera des Grau.
This means that you are in a protected area and declared a biosphere reserve, so respect it!
Cala Tortuga is an unspoilt beach on the north coast of Menorca, located next to the lighthouse of Favàritx and very close to the also known Cala Presili (or Cala Capifort). Cala Tortuga is also known as Arenal de Morella, but in all guides, maps and posters it appears as Cala Tortuga.
